OUR PEOPLE
Meet our team.
Directors who have spent their careers in education staffing, and specialists who own compliance, SEND, training and alternative provision. These are the people a trust actually deals with.
DIRECTORS
Who you will be working with.

Clare Handley.
Commercial Director
25+ years in education recruitment and workforce solutions. Built and launched MSP models for the education sector, and brings a trustee-level understanding of trust governance and risk.

Lucy Caruso.
Director of Workforce Solutions
25+ years in recruitment and workforce outsourcing across multiple sectors. Leads the account management and delivery teams, and is executive sponsor for every customer programme.

Steve Lyons.
Director of Partnerships
12+ years in education workforce solutions and a former secondary teacher. Has led partnerships with MATs, dioceses and local authorities, with a data-led approach to long-term value.
FOUNDERS
Family owned, family run.

Rob Grays.
Chief Executive Officer
Co-founded the Prospero Group and has led its growth from a single education desk into a group spanning teaching, health and social care, and training. He stays close to the trusts Folio works with, and sets the service standard the business is measured against.

Lesley Grays.
Chief Executive Officer
Co-founder of the Prospero Group, Lesley heads up group strategy, shaping how the business grows and where it invests. She also leads on culture and people and is the reason Folio has remained a family-run business rather than an investor-led one.
SPECIALIST LEADS
The expertise behind the service.

Danni Sleet.
Head of Compliance & Safeguarding
Owns vetting, safeguarding and audit across the group, and sets the standard every supplier in the Folio network is held to.

Claire Finneran.
Head of SEN
Leads the SEN desk and the specialist pool behind it, including Team Teach trained staff, and works with trusts on the hardest placements to fill.

Mark Allday.
Head of Prospero Learning
An ex-school leader, now running the group's learning and development arm, building CPD certified programmes for client staff and for the people Folio places.

Kealeigh Benson.
Head of CES
Leads Children's Educational Services, covering alternative provision, tuition and support for pupils out of mainstream school.
